Profit Forge is a WooCommerce plugin that runs a monthly money audit over a store’s orders: gateway fees above the agreed rate, shipping charged below label cost, coupons stacked on sale prices, tax classes with no matching rate, refunds above the line total, duplicate orders and more. It reports every finding as a dollar amount with evidence rows (order ids, dates, the exact lines) and fix steps, so the store owner can recover the money or plug the leak.
The whole audit runs inside the store’s own WordPress installation. Profit Forge is zero-egress: order data never leaves the site. The only outbound call the paid add-on makes is the license check to Avakode. Gateway payouts (Stripe, PayPal) are read from CSV exports the owner uploads; direct API keys are planned for the Pro add-on and are not connected yet.
Profit Forge is built by Avakode (avakode.com) and is one of the seven Forge Suite tools, alongside Lang Forge, Rank Forge, Form Forge, Field Forge, Clearway Forge and Inclusive Forge. Its landing is profit-forge.com.
